Hrmmm. Well there's mentally deficient, to be tactfully rude, but that's waaaaaaaaaaaay at the bottom of the barrel there. And on the opposite side of the spectrum are the nosy know it all's who are probably more annoying. At the middle.. Lazy brained? You know, like when you're smart enough to learn more but too cozy where you are to put in the effort, I guess?
